Mental Health Stress Container

We are extremely excited to launch our new short animated video of the Stress Container. It is the first of its kind in the UK and we feel that it explains in a more simplistic manner how stress builds up inside of us, how it impacts on our day to lives and provides some great tips for the watcher to take away with them. Don’t take our word for it though, have a look for yourself >>>>>>>

Whilst the video is animated and created deliberately with a simplistic overview of the Stress Container, this must not take anything away from just how powerful this exercise is and so do not be fooled by it! Identifying what specific every day stressors you have, whilst also identifying the healthy coping strategies that would assist you to manage your thoughts, feelings, emotions and your behaviours, will ultimately create a better version of you.

We have already had a school reach out and thank us for putting this together, saying “It’s an excellent, descriptive video and I am going to show it to our Year 11 Students”. High praise indeed and we are extremely proud and honoured, to have our work shown to the next generation, hopefully inspiring and empowering them to better manage their own stressors from everyday life.

There is an exercise sheet that goes with the video, which allows you to further explore your stressors, asking you searching questions to enable you to break things down and understand it that bit more. So should you wish to receive a copy FOR FREE, then please do reach out to us at – enquiries@mentalhealthinfo.uk requesting the Stress Container Exercise PDF and we will ensure to send it out to you post haste

Testimonials

A really interesting and engaging session today, thank you so much for attending. It’s not often that such a session will provide a full action plan for an organisation and some really key areas to address, in order to address Mental Health within the workplace. Highly recommended any organisation having Mark come in and speak to your staff, your managers or your leaders! Thanks again Mark!

– Katy Frith, HR Manager, Havebury

I highly recommend Mark, the depth of his knowledge and the manner in which he openly talks about a subject that affects so many lives is nothing short of inspiring.

– Danny Morgan Tech IOSH, Health, Safety & Facilities Manager

It was a pleasure and an honour to have you in this morning to speak about PTSD Mark, I know the team took away some great insight and learning around this topic. Thank you
