We are a mental health consultancy that is dedicated to Leading, Inspiring, Facilitating and Empowering you and your business, to gain a better understanding of Workplace Mental Health, identifying where it is impacting your business and how you can reduce your costs, whilst supporting the mental wellbeing of your employees.
The company was founded by Mark Warwick, who as a Veteran, served 14 years in the British Army, deploying on several Operational Tours such as: Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan. During this time, he learned a wide variety of skills and successfully completed numerous duties whilst serving for Queen and country, but mostly he was heavily involved with Training, Coaching and Mentoring, receiving world class training himself and putting this into practice on a daily basis.
On leaving the military in 2012 and with the skills learned and honed during his time in the military, combined with a wide variation of experiences, Mark started a Chauffeur car business. Even with the knowledge that the Army had changed and impacted on him emotionally and mentally, Mark still created a business with a £1/4million turnover by year three and the ensuing brand he created, became extremely well known and respected throughout Oxfordshire.
But why mental health? Mark was officially diagnosed by Combat Stress in early 2016, as having Post Traumatic Stress Disorder – PTSD which has been further compounded by a debilitating spinal injury, that leaves Mark in chronic pain every hour of every day, which is extremely tiring physically, emotionally and mentally. It is safe to say that Mark has a wealth of first-hand experience on: living with a Mental Illness, the level of stigma and prejudice associated with Mental Health, the difficulties faced by those with a diagnosis and their loved ones also being affected by it. This is supported by his qualifying as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Mental Health First Aid Trainer, backed by MHFA England, which provided Mark with the confidence, self-belief and self-worth, to take the negative aspects experienced, using them to benefit others.
